Through the Business Development Program, the CRC will ensure that results of our research deliver benefits to our stakeholders. We aim to develop specific applications and commercial opportunities to produce high-value prodicts, for the generation and dissemination of elite genotypes, ant to accelerate the rate of genetic improvement in dairy catttle.
The program is market-driven, with active project conception, planning and management input from partner organisations. seeking specific market applications. It is envisaged new projects will come on stream as the Gene Discovery and Delivery Technologies programs deliver new prospects and / or when another technology is licensed from outside the CRC.
Projects focus on creation of products, services or businesses through activities such as the preparation of business models, and commercialisation and business plans; market analysis; undertaking IP reviews; and integration with the CRC's communications and industry education efforts.
